Integrate and sustain Evidence-based practice (EBP) implementation in daily practice.
Methodology: :
Study group performs presentation in 3-minutes talk format per month running sustainable without affecting daily practices and operations starting from Jun-2023. The presentation topic should fulfill relevant clinical nursing care and operation related; fit to KWH OPD clinic setting; up-to-date information with evidence-based practice. The

duration would be lasted 5 minutes including the talk, evaluation and Q&A session.

The “Evidence-based Practice Beliefs (EBP-B) Scale” would be adopted in the program, participants’ knowledge would be measured by evaluation survey after the presentation per talk. In the meantime, satisfaction survey will also be collected the interests and feedback from participants.
Result & Outcome: :
At early stage, the response rate of distributed EBP beliefs scale surveys were 92.11% (35 out of 38 nurses). 86.1% respondents had positive attitude and interested in EBP implementation. Since Jun-2023, 6 topics of 3-minutus talk were conducted. Average 80.5% OPD nurses were participated, and 92.3% participants could answer talk’s evaluation survey questions correctly to reflect their understandings. The high accuracy rate strongly indicated the talks’ learning materials were easily understandable and effectively to refresh their fundamental & new nursing knowledge. Approximately 98% of participants responded in satisfaction survey to feedback the program was valuable, useful, applicable and effective to enhance as well as refresh their knowledge in daily operation. The positive feedback underscored the program would facilitate professional growth and deliver high-quality for nursing care.
