公立醫院作為內地醫療服務體系的主體，是全面推進健康中國建設的重要力量。黨中央、國務院高度重視公立醫院改革發展，納入中央全面深化改革重點任務頂層設計、高位推動。國家衛生健康委認真貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署，緊緊圍繞人民群眾看病就醫急難愁盼問題，聚焦提升公立醫院醫療服務能力，制定了具體、有針對性的舉措，更好地引導公立醫院全面貫徹落實高品質發展的任務要求，保障人民群眾享有公立醫院高品質發展成果。下一步，內地將充分調動一切積極因素，推動公立醫院從"量的積累"轉向"質的提升"，重點從醫療資源配置、學科建設、人才培養和政策保障等方面，加快構建公立醫院高品質發展新體系，為廣大人民提供更優質的醫療服務。
