Abstract Description

The topic of the speech is The Development of Chest Pain Center's Present and Future. The speech is divided into three parts, which are the development progress, construction achievements and future prospects of the Chinese Chest Pain Center.

The main contents of the speech are following:

1) The challenges of cardiovascular disease in China. By establishing chest pain centers and continuously optimizing the management framework, the total ischemia time was effectively reduced. In recent years, China has realized the unification of the ECG network, launched the first aid map, and strengthened the construction of the grass-roots treatment network. At the same time, the Chest Pain Center expanded within the discipline to raise public awareness.

2) Remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of the national chest pain collaboration network, and patients with acute myocardial infarction have been effectively treated. The proportion of reperfusion treatment in STEMI patients increased, the duration of treatment decreased, and the in-hospital mortality decreased.

- 5,800+ chest pain centers nationwide. 2,808 centers certified in 36 rounds

- Over the past five years, 3.25 million acute myocardial infarction patients have received efficient and standard treatment

- The proportion of patients receiving reperfusion therapy in certified standard chest pain centers has been steadily increasing between 2018 and 2023, reaching 88.9% in 2023.

- The proportion of STEMI patients receiving reperfusion therapy within 12h of onset in certified primary chest pain centers has increased from 75.9% in 2018 to 87.2% in 2023.

- standard chest pain centers In 2023, the D2W time was 68.7 minutes, with a compliance rate increased to 84%

- The D2N time for certified primary chest pain centers has decreased from 43 min in 2017 to 29 min in 2023.

3) In the future, China will strengthen system construction, achieve full coverage of the treatment network, and build a new prevention and treatment system with the help of digital technology.
