Difficult intubation is an important source of stress for health care providers, too high level of stress may decrease performance.
For assisting difficult intubation, nurse supervisors and leaders must be confident and competent in managing their team during difficult intubation.
Sharing platforms for advanced airway devices are scarce and many nursing staff lack the necessary skills to manage such devices.
Survey suggest that close cooperation is needed among A&E/ICU/OT to manage difficult intubation

.
Objectives :

The sharing platform allows better communication between departments to improve emergency airway management.

2.Increased confidence in nursing staff
Gain confidence in assisting and preparing for advanced airway devices

3.Improved staff competency
Staff competency will improve in managing difficult airway cases

4.Easy access to learning materials
The platform makes it easier for everyone to access materials
Methodology :
To Review A&E, ICU outreach service for airway management in YCH frm 2021 to 2023.

To conduct a pre-workshop Survey on experience with advance airway management to A&E/ OT/ ICU nurses in August 2023.

6. Majority (>81%) considered aintree was the least familiar device
7. A considerable proportion (46%) of nurses did not have any idea to get the guideline
8.Nearly all expressed interest in a sharing platform for devices in other specialties related to difficulty intubation
9.Nearly all were willing to participate in a workshop to enhance staff competency in the management of difficult airway

Comparsion of pre-test & post-test after the workshops, the knowledge & skills were significant enhanced.

Post evulation of the workshop's effectiveness was positive feedback on all of theoretical lecture, demonstration & hands-on practice.
