Introduction :
SOPD usually have long waiting time. Family Medicine has the gate keeping role of referral.
Objectives :
To reduce patient referral number to SOPD.
Methodology :
Various measures have been applied to reduce referral rate to SOPD, including set up joint clinic of different specialties, various triage clinic, senior triage clinic etc
Result & Outcome :
There is significant reduce number of SOPD referral when compare referral in 10/2021 and 10/2023.
